I am spending my day sending Reiki to our country. There are so many serious problems it's easy to get caught up in hopelessness and fear. In the present we still have a pandemic with the Covid virus morphing and becoming more deadly and dangerous. We are hopelessly divided politically, and it has become clear from recent storms that climate change is here, and it's devastating.
